Flower Farm Wedding Part 3
Getting Ready Some more beautiful shots from the Wedding, this time with Katie's Mom and dad. Don't they look too young to be the Father and Mother of the Bride?

Flower Farm Wedding Part 2
The Ring Bearers
The ring bearers were Katie's brothers, Brock and Trent. They are twins, and future Olympians in training, I'm sure. Just not sure on the sport yet. They are awesome at many at this point.
I've known them since they were born and love them to pieces. Fun, nice and kind! They did awesome at the Wedding and looked too cool in their tuxes!

Flower Farm Wedding Part1
Recently I had the privilege of photographing the Wedding of Katie and Eric. Katie is the daughter of our good friends James and Kelly and I have known her since she was 12. Katie is beautiful inside and out and I am so happy for her that she found her soul mate, Eric. The Wedding couldn't have been more beautiful or special. Lots of personal touches, from the Volleyball (for her) and Basketball (for him) "ring pillow", to lots of special music. I'll be posting more pictures every few days, so keep checking back. I'm starting with a little collage of getting ready pictures. Click on the collage to enlarge it.

Cozy Baby Boy
I've been wanting to use my new cocoon and basket, so I'm thrilled I got to try it out on little Rider. Looked like he was feeling very cozy. He was such a peaceful little guy anyways, just snoozing away. Towards the end of the shoot he got hungry, but happily nibbled on his fingers and I got to keep taking pictures. Here are a few of my favorites. I love the picture of his pretty mama holding him, with a BK (before kids) picture in the background.

Another Baby Girl Part II
Here is the whole gang! I had never met this family before, but within minutes the kids and I became best friends while mom and dad got the baby ready. The oldest girl's middle name is Makena, like my little one. Spelled the same way, too. We got some very cute shots, the older two ADORE their little baby sister.

Another Baby Girl Part I
This cute little girly is the third child of the family, so a very nice friend gave them a photo session as a baby shower gift. We sneaked the shoot in right before Christmas, and before this little one got any bigger :) . She was a little angel to work with. Here are some shots of just her and her parents. I'll post some of her adorable siblings later.

She's Here!
Tanya had her baby today: a little girl, Presley Grace. She is 20 in long and weighs 7 lbs 12 oz.
I heard she has lots of dark hair. I'll post a picture as soon as I get it. What a cute name. Final count: 3 boys and 2 girls. I'm happy that Parker got a little sissy to play dolls with.

Baby Bump
Here are some more pictures of my photographer friend Tanya when we did the wedding up in Sacramento. We were on our way to the Wedding location when we spotted this beautiful spot. We were early, so we were able to pull over and take some amazing shots. This coming Monday Tanya is getting induced, it's baby number 5. Doesn't she look way too young to have 5 kids? Her and her husband Rick have 3 boys (including a set of twins) and one girl. They decided to not find out, the suspense is killing me. We'll know Monday!

Happy New Year
Wishing all of you a very happy, peaceful, and hopefully prosperous 2009! I'm at my desk editing and doing tax stuff (and eating way too much Pumpkin bread my friend Laura in Texas baked). I long for, what else, the beach. So here is a quick snap shot I took with my little point and shoot on automatic, totally unedited. Came out great, captured the somewhat gloomy feel and colors of a typical beach day. I was sitting in a beach chair, relaxing, and this was the view.
