Beautiful Bride

I had the privilege of photographing a wedding a good week ago. Kyle and I first met the parents-of-the-bride when we were still newlyweds a long time ago and I was honored that they trusted me with the wedding of their daughter. It was a joy and a blessing to be able to spend the day with this amazing family and to witness the union of this young couple. They are young, but very wise, and they have shown high levels of commitment, love and respect to each other that I have no doubt that they will be truly happy and a blessing to everyone around them. They also have great families and I just had the best time. Here is a sneak peak of some of the bridal pictures I took before the ceremony.
I'm still working my way through the many pictures I took, hopefully I'll post some more soon.

Rock Nation

Last Saturday we went to a school fund raiser concert put on by ROCK NATION. Basically it was rock bands composed of kids. Well, I thought what a great opportunity to play with my new, awesome zoom lens. These kids really rocked and blew us away. Lots of Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Hendrix, Guns and Roses, etc. . Click on the title ROCK NATION to get to their web site.

This is "Billy Idol" doing White Wedding

You can never take too many cute baby pictures. Love the golden "halos".

Kai and his buddy catching on that I've been spying on them with my big zoom lens.

Baby Gabriel

One of my favorite things is taking pictures of newborns. It's certainly a challenge, but so worth it! I always get nostalgic and think back to when my kids were tiny. I heard it's an occupational hazard for photographers to want to have just one more baby! Don't worry, Kyle, if that happens, I'll ask for a puppy :) . This beautiful, little guy certainly makes your heart melt! If you scroll back to earlier this spring you can see his mommy's belly pictures. I couldn't believe how big he is! These pictures here are a sneak peak for his family!

Beach House Wedding

Me and My Sweetie. Photo credit: Jarred (sorry, I don't know your
last name, e-mail and I'll add it)

Bob is an old friend we used to play Roller Hockey with (I was the goalie). Last weekend he married his awesome girlfriend Sandy at a Beach House near our favorite surf break , Mando's (yep, the beginner beach). They had hired a photographer, but our seats were so great and the setting was so stunning, I had to get some shots (staying out of the other photographer's way). I also got some great shots of some of the attendees. Click on the title of this post for the slide show, I will only post a few samples right here. Anyways, it was a gorgeous day, and the Wedding was very personal and meaningful. We had a wonderful time. We wish you a lifetime of love and happiness, Bob and Sandy!
